Crash Champions Collision Repair Ft Lauderdale 8th

I was a little hesitant to send my car to this particular shop based on reviews that I read. However my experience was much different. Although my car took a little bit longer than expected they made sure that everything was put back together to its original condition. They kept me updated on the repair progress multiple times a week. Very happy with the repair work!

This place was referred to me by my insurance but I knew I should’ve went to dealer to get the repair done. You live and you learn I suppose. My biggest complaint is that they took two weeks to complete a simple door repair and the job after they were finished looked like they did it in a day. Swirl marks, scratches that wasn’t buffed out, paint bleeding from the poorly paint job, door not aligned properly and a visible dent on the supposedly new door they ordered for me. If this place pops up as a referred place to go, please take my advice and skip them all together and go to your authorized car dealer.

The worst experiences repair I have ever known in my life for decades, My adjuster Josef from progressive insurance referred me to this place, to repair my truck, they told me 5 to 7 days for the repair, how this shop took 32 days to get the repair done for just a front grill replacement. It was so frustrating, during the time, they let me on my own with a car rental and affect my jobs for irregularities. This shop cause me broke and ask me to pay $500 deductible when the car was ready after the 32 days waiting nightmare, no consideration whatsoever, trust me, they don’t know what they doing as professionals and they are so careless about the frustrations causing to their customers.

I’m not usually the type of person to leave reviews, but this is the second time I’ve had my car repaired here and, just like the first time, the service was excellent. From the person who received my vehicle to the team at the front desk, everyone was incredibly friendly. It’s not just the customer service, though—the quality of their work is impressive. They left my Rav4 looking brand new. They kept me updated throughout the entire process and the car was ready exactly when they said it would be. I recommend Crash Champions 100%!

I had a very disappointing experience with Crash Champions. Despite multiple repair attempts, my vehicle was returned to me in unsafe condition. After seeking a second opinion, my insurance discovered that the car had frame damage and should have been totaled, yet the shop claimed everything was repaired in two weeks. The headlights stopped working, and other parts were either poorly installed or malfunctioned shortly after. Additionally, the shop charged my insurance for repairs that were never done. I strongly advise future customers to carefully review feedback, especially from other State Farm clients, as the lack of transparency and accountability resulted in a dangerous situation for me.
