they were very easy to work with and extremely helpful!!!! got my car back really quickly and even cooperated with me when i needed to pick my car up the day after it was completed since i was at work! very easy drop off and pick up! they answered all of my questions and were great to work with!!! thank you for the great quality work and professionalism!!!

Overall great-looking work, just not very friendly, and my final charge ended up being almost double what was originally quoted to me. (From $2700 to $4300) Also, my trunk wouldn’t auto-open or close after they returned my vehicle, which someone else fixed for me. With all of the money I paid (out of pocket/not from insurance), it was frustrating to get my car back with something not working that wasn’t broken before handing my vehicle over to them. I wouldn’t really recommend this place to any of my family or friends before trying another place out first. Staff is not “unfriendly”, but better customer service or friendlier/warmer staff could make a difference in whether or not someone would return when they are choosing a business to throw their money at. Especially, for cases like mine;

Just don't do it. my car was returned 3 times to correct a single repair job. It was still sloppy/incomplete. Not to mention the sour and unprofessional attitude of the shop manager. I went to C&F auto body in Severn and had all my concerns resolved quickly and correctly in one fell swoop.

I dropped my Toyota Sienna off for repair in Aug 2024. It needed a back bumper repair. The repair took 11 days (which was reasonable). The rental car facility I used was just at the end of the street, which was convenient. A few weeks later I began getting rear sensor faults on my dash - one of the sensors had popped out of the bumper. I brought the car back to the shop on Oct 1. They pulled off the bumper, and tightened the sensors, and sent me on my way. A week later the sensors started popping out again. I brought the car back for repair again on Oct 9. Sensors stayed in for a month and a half, then popped out again in December. I brought the car back again for repair on Dec 31. In the process of resecuring the sensors, they dislodged another sensor on the corner of my bumper
