Dropped off my car through my insurance for repair on 12/23 and had it back by 12/30. Estimated repair completion was 1/2 - so for it to be ready this fast during the holidays? I’m beyond grateful. Work looks great - and communication from the shop on progress updates was stellar. Thanks team!

Update: I had my 2024 Toyota Prius repaired at Crash Champions after a hit-and-run, and overall the body work and turnaround time were very good. The car looks great cosmetically and the staff was helpful throughout the process. However, there were two major issues that should not have happened: First, the wheel alignment was still crooked when I picked up my car. Since this is an AWD Prius, alignment accuracy is extremely important. I chose not to bring it back and instead paid out of pocket to have the alignment done professionally elsewhere to ensure it was done correctly. This was an additional expense I should not have had to take on. I cannot recommend Crash Champions (Glen Burnie location) enough! I've had two vehicles repaired by the team and both experiences exceeded my expectations. My Corvette was hit by a driver in a parking lot in early 2023 and my Wrangler struck a vehicle that ran a stop light in Oct 2024 - one vehicle required fairly minimal repair and the other needed significant repair. This staff at this location provides excellent customer service. He is very helpful, personable, friendly, and efficient. I picked up my vehicle yesterday, which was much sooner than the original quote of December 21st. I am very pleased with the outcome of the body work on my vehicle. CoCo (we all name our cars, right?) looks like the first day I bought her!
