This place put rusty old parts on a 2 year old car, also put used tires on my vehicle They installed a part so bad the car shook more after it was fixed. Not only did the suspension parts fail immediately upon leaving. But they installed the incorrect grill on my vehicle and charged my insurance the price for the correct ones There are visible gaps in the body parts installed and visible paint run off on the vehicle. I tried to get it corrected but they seem to not care after you pay them. It took one month for them to get back to me after the concerns were disclosed. And still the vehicle was not properly repaired save your time and take your car anywhere else but here. My husband hit an animal and it messed up his radiator. I called my insurance and they recommended this company I said okay let's get it fixed quickly. Keep in mind we couldn't drive it because the radiator and condenser was messed up in the first place. So fast forward November 28 they called and said my car was ready I'm excited to get my car back. My husband drives the car all the way home and it starts overheating. He calls this company and tells them what's going on (now let's flash back why we took to here in the first place for overheating correct) the company tells us to put water in it and drive it back there to fix (my husband is like no I'm not a mechanic) mind you this happened maybe 40 mins before they closed they told my husband they will call back but everyone left and went

I regret choosing this shop for my post-collision repairs. From the start, the staff was indifferent to our concerns. When they finally called to say the vehicle was ready, we discovered they hadn't actually performed the full repairs. They claimed there was an 'inconsistent statement' and essentially accused me of insurance fraud. It wasn't until I provided video proof of the accident and spent hours coordinating with my insurance company that they finally agreed to do the work. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

This place did a fantastic job with not only the repair but also their customer service! They updated me on every step of the important changes that needed to be made through this process. They even have people that helped with my car wrap that was damaged. I highly recommend this place for anyone!

My experience here was horrible, I brought in my 4Runner to get the rear bumper painted/repaired. My rear bumper has a smaller bumper that sticks out and is a darker color than the big bumper. I made sure they saw it and were aware of it. First to “James” the person who received my car, and also the manager. I was told by the manager that it was painted all silver because that’s what James was told the customer wanted which is a complete lie. He then proceeded to tell me it wasn’t an issue that they were going to get it fixed and to the right color. I come and pick up the car and is not it’s all silver.
