Super happy that I came out to this shop. I was involved in an accident so my insurance recommended to come here to get an estimate. My experience as a customer was super easy, which is unexpected since I came here as an insurance ref. Almis ISSE, the gentleman who greed me and helped me with my appointment was super helpful and easy to talk to. He and I had a great conversation which made me feel that he was a caring employee. He answered all my questions and kept his smile on his face during the whole time. He is a super star for sure. We brought our Volkswagen Touareg in for repair to the side and front bumper and left door. We were told that the repair would take a certain amount of time, and that we would be receiving text messages with updates as to the progress of the vehicle. We did receive updates indicating that the car was on track for being ready. I received a text saying that the car would take an extra day to be fully reassembled and washed, etc. The car was completed the day that it was promised and it had been washed and detailed, much appreciated. After driving the car about 50 miles, my son was on his way to Prom with the car and heard a very loud scraping noise. He pulled over and my husband met him and examined the car. The skid plate had come loose (screws were missing) and was scraping the ground. M
