I am reposting because my original post was removed. DO NOT bring your car here. In June I brought my car for repairs because GEICO recommended them. They didn’t update me on anything I had to call them, barely got a call back. August it was “ready” at 4:50pm. I picked it up and noticed it was thrown together pieces hanging off, headrest off, headliner was black from dirty hands, paint clumpy and bumpy, the windshield had been replaced and NO ONE said anything. They told me bring it back they would fix it in 3 days they had it over a week wouldn’t call me, wouldn’t respond I called corporate and all of a sudden it was ready. Again picked up my car, my whole inside panel hanging, super glue on my leather, some sort of clear paint liquid looking stuff all over my back window. I’ve had nothin

I brought my car back in Oct, they replaced front bumper, fender and light on left side. A few days after repairs i noticed my bumper wasn't aligned properly. They said that it was a quick fix. I drop it off for a few days and it still was not properly aligned and my both low beams light was not working perfectly. So, after the first drop off my right low beam stop working perfectly. When i dropped it off the second time i asked can they please check it out and fix it. When i got my car back front bumper still not aligned and both my low beams light are not working properly. I do not recommend this location.

Had work done almost a year ago. They did an amazing job! Had my car washed today and a part on the rear bumper was missing a plastic bolt that holds the skirt to the bumper. I didn't catch the ladies name but she came out looked at the car went back in grabbed the part I needed and fixed it right away. She was very nice friendly. She totally made my day and would not even take a tip that I tried to give her. We need more people like her in this world. Thank you.

I went in for an estimate to install my door trim that I ordered and these amazing folks took care of it on the spot, free of charge! They have earned all my future business!

Had my car for 2 weeks, picked it up and work was half assed all over. Gm rook it back to personally fox issues, got it back today and paint is done terribly, I still have several chips in my door from the original crash damage. He says he needs to repaint whole door but that it does not need that, yet I have big visible paint chips, I also paid a run of out of pocket money along with insurance lain coverage. The door could have been painted! They did sub par work and keep trying to pass it off as “it will be fine” no it won’t when I have actual paint chips visible in my door and bolts etc not done correctly and paint not done correctly!
