Crash Champions Collision Repair Hutto

I posted my review because I am currently experiencing service that falls below acceptable standards at this location. My vehicle sustained damage after debris fell from a truck on the highway, striking the front end, traveling underneath the vehicle, and tearing a portion of the rear fender. When I initially brought my car in, I clearly explained all of the damage. The front-end repairs were completed beautifully; however, the rear fender damage was not addressed. When I spoke with Clayton, the manager at the time, he advised me to file a supplemental claim so the remaining damage could be repaired. Crash Champions is an excellent place to go for all car repair needs. I’ve had an excellent experience with Crash Champions and my service representative Terry Jones is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and always made himself available to talk to me whenever I called. I had my sunroof broken by a flying rock on the highway, and it shattered everywhere and scratched my BMW. He updated me all along the way and he did his absolute best to get me the best parts to fix my car. I would recommend Crash Champions and Terry to anyone who needs an auto body repair. They do a comprehensive job and can basically take care of pretty much everything in one place. I was very pleased with everything and I highly recommend them.

I just recently got my Tacoma truck back from Crash Champions for a small finder bender , rear bumper damage from a low speed rear end collision. When I got my vehicle back it had a new bumper and bumper pieces but still looked like it was in a wreck…. I found out after market parts were used instead of OEM Toyota parts. These parts didn’t match up, big gaps on one side of the bumper. Parts not aligned just right so I returned my Tacoma to Crash Champions. I was contacted by the service manager and he assured me that OEM parts would be put on my Tacoma to make this right.
