Do not recommend this company and also do not accept if your or someone else's insurance company recommends. They work with the insurance companies to rip you off. Nothing was wrong with my car but the damage sustained from the accident. It was still drivable then State Farm tried to total my car along with them after they stripped my car then refused to put it back together. So I took my car back after dropping the claim because I am going to sue the old lady who hit my parked car instead, but these ppl don't tell you anything. They also take parts from your car and don't put them back. When they were notified my car was being towed out everything taken off of my car should have been put back in the trunk or car. Very poor service and workmanship. Took my truck in for a tailgate repair. Had the truck for a week for a simple tail gate repair and did not replace all the parts that were damaged. The parts manager lied to my face that the damaged part was not on the repair estimate. It was on the estimate. At the time of drop off I was told that the truck would be done and ready for pickup on Wednesday, didn't hear from the under qualified service writer so I called him and he informed me that it still wasn't ready. His excuse was he was not feeling well, doesn't speak well of a company that can't handle a simple repair when one of the employees is not on the job. Chose to go to Crash Champions after a car accident. I had a great feeling about this place in Katy (more than its convenience, and it IS convenient and has an enterprise basically inside. It is next door and they will deliver the vehicle over to you or bring you over. It is seamless). Most importantly, back to the review. I had Paul as my point of contact and representative extraordinaire! 🤩 He was totally awesome and knowledgeable. I even received text messages to update me on everything. He explained so swiftly what would be done and assured me that it would be perfect. And guess what? It was! I love the work they did on my car!! It is better than what it was, even!
