My car was fixed within a week and was ready sooner than expected. My car looked brand new when I picked it up! They even cleaned the inside of my car, vacuumed it, gave it a nice exterior wash and even fully charged my car to 100%. The tires were even shiny! Augusto, who is the manager, is also a great guy. I had a very, very poor experience. It started with an email about data usage on my emergency only phone that was forgotten in my middle counsel of my 2019 ford ranger. Come to find out Juan from your company took it and sold it to someone who would not be named after calling their contacts and asking for the return of my phone. So essentially my truck was raped by a thief who took what ever they pleased. I reported the phone right away, while my truck was still in your possession and asked for feedback and return calls concerning it that never happened. I got my truck back after 25 days in the shop for a bumper and side panel replacement. It was turned over with a full tank and given back to me with half a tankand 20 miles added to my speedometer, my insurance module was disconnected from
