I was rear-ended a few months ago and was recommended to come to Crash Champions. When I first arrived, the customer service was excellent. However, when it came to the repairs, they did not do a great job. I understand that some of it may have been related to what the insurance was willing to cover, but it didn’t seem like they put in the effort to make my car look like new. While my repaired suv looks good, we were aggravated that we were never called with an estimate for a few dents that we were hoping to have repaired while they had our SUV. When I got the call to pick up my SUV a week ahead of schedule, I was skeptical since it had just been in for painting. I brought this fact up and was informed of their paint booth and that they ask I do not use a carwash for 90 days! As we walked around my car to check the repairs, I pointed out that one of my replaced headlights was filled with condensation. From start to finish, this crew did an excellent job taking care of my car and I highly recommend them on so many levels. In a situation that is beyond stressful, Micha was so kind and provided the best customer service making sure to keep me updated in every step of the process. She provided exactly the support I needed at exactly the right time. This was by far the worst repair experience I’ve ever had. I brought my vehicle here through insurance after a minor collision. I was verbally promised the car would be ready around December 23–24, before the holidays. Based on that assurance, I did not rent a car and no loaner was provided. That promise was broken, and the pickup date was delayed multiple times with changing explanations. On the day of pickup, I was told the car still needed paperwork and would be washed before pickup. We were asked to come later in the day. When we arrived, the car had not even been washed, despite being told it would be. I have used this place twice, both times the customer service in the front office has been great. Micah is very nice. However, both times my car needed repair, I received it back with missing parts. The first time my rear hatch had to be replaced and when they replaced it, they did not replace some valve that keeps water from going into my trunk, so every time it rained, the rain would collect in the door of my trunk and I could hear it sloshing around as I drove and when I opened it water would dump all over me. I called in about this problem and took the car to them to look at. They identified the valve issue however it did not get this fixed for over a year later! I kept calling month after month and they kept saying the parts had not come in. In fact it did not get fixed until I needed
