My car was involved in an accident and I was thoroughly impressed by the work that Crash Collision did to bring my car back to life. The whole experience was painless. The people were so friendly and they took the time, to answer all my questions. The shop kept me updated on the car’s progress. I was amazed the time it took to repair the car was so quick! Don’t come here. Threw parts away on my car that were not broken. Gave me car back dirty, missing parts, no communication, dead battery, no photos of repair. Never got refund from rental

It took them 36 days to repair my car, got the car back with a meh painting job because the car had rough patches on the side, and the back tire on the driver’s side had a screw on it! They gave me so many excuses on why they kept pushing the date of their completion date. My initial completion date was 9 days. I asked the lady if I can keep the car while they order the parts, but she said that once they receive the car, they will start the repair, so I can’t do that. But 2 days before the pick up date, I received a text saying that they moved it the following week! I had to call Spencer and at first he was confused and put me on hold. Then he said that they realized that they need the tailgate replaced and they had to order it. I was shocked that a car shop doesn’t know this for that wee

My car was in a incident that there was damage down the whole one side, took it over here Rick told me he would take care of it & he did just that. Jenn kept me informed the entire time. I went to pick it up spencer was amazing & kay was amazing to deal with he got everything taken care of that day and made sure I was 100% happy. it definitely was a nice experience. Everyone is soo nice

I am beyond pleased with the work these guys did. I was told that every repair shop had a long wait time, but let me tell you crash champions did not disappoint. They were able to look over my car to do the estimate very quickly, then within a week or less they were able to get me in to repair my car. Jen is wonderful she made it so I was able to drop my car off because I wouldn’t make it in time after work, that process was smooth. I did call and ask for updates rather quickly and after that was able to receive text messages about the status of my repairs. I was unable to pick up the day it was finished but again Jenn made that process easy for me as well. Once I picked up and paid I was absolutely beyond pleased when I saw my car.
