AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! I write this review not because I expect any recourse, but only to inform potential future customers of this shop to hopefully save them from frequenting this DISHONEST, DECEPTIVE, and DESPICABLE shop. A bit of background first. I took my car here after it was involved in a hit in run while parked near my apartment. I was not in the car. Luckily when I approached my car a couple days later after the accident there was a note on the car from a bystander who had witnessed the accident and left me pertinent details of the accident like the date, time, car model and their cell to reach them. I will not be bringing my vehicle back here for future issues. Initially when I dropped my Subaru off for some body work, I was told that my battery appeared low as the engine was stuttering when the employee went to start the vehicle. I'm convinced that he did this and said this on purpose as he planned to give it back with a nearly dead battery. After picking up my vehicle up, it stalled out in the middle of the road a day later. I had no previous battery issues. In addition, the first time I went to pick up the vehicle, it had a huge scratch on the passenger side of the vehicle. If I had not noticed, they would not have mentioned it. It was not a small scratch either. Had my car fixed at this location. Crash champions took my car in real quick and gave it back within a week which was great. Bad news is they got the color of the rim incorrect. See picture below. I should've noticed this when they pulled it up initially, but the sun was directly on the rim where I couldn't notice it until I pulled the car in my garage Also left tape in side the gas casket too. It seems they do not do any type of final inspection when they give back cars. Update: bringing my car next week so they can inspect it. Shouldn't even have to inspect in all honesty, just order me the correct rim. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!! If you do, please take at least 20 minutes to inspect yourself

Excellent experience!!! I took my 2021 Honda HRV that was damaged by a drunk driver. Crash champions helped me through my whole claim process and I was able to get my car fixed really fast!!
