I can’t say enough good things about these guys. Shannon the GM is a fantastic manager. Easy to work with, reasonable and carries himself with a level head. A true leader of this shop. Eddie is the one who took care of me from start to finish on the truck repairs themselves. Great attitude, professional, really great guy. Kept me informed through the whole process and helped me to figure out what I needed to do since this is my first accident. The repair looks like I never had an accident. They even washed and detailed the vehicle inside and out. I have nothing bad to say about this group. They are in my opinion the standard on what this industry has to offer. Really great job! Very satisfied with my experience with Crash Champions in Loveland. This was my first experience dealing with something like this and they helped make it as seamless as possible. They kept me informed and my car looks practically brand new now. They even cleaned the interior for me which was totally unexpected. I will definitely do business with them in the future if needed!

My ETA was 2 weeks, and my car was back in my possession two days ahead of schedule. Eddie kept me updated the whole time with calls, texts, and emails. I was here for 1 minute and knew this was not the shop for me. When I spoke with the shop agent on the phone, around 12:30pm, she understood that I had an insurance estimate via photos... but I wanted a hands on estimate, as there are several items I wanted to addressed. I was told the estimate would take roughly 30 minutes. I arrive for my appointment, the gal at the front desk seemed so lazy and unmotivated to assist more than continuously telling me "the insurance company already sent over an estimate and they will go from there." Apparently, its to much to ask to have 1 of the 3 mechanics sitting around perform a more thorough hands on estimate for work to be completed. Its no wonder I was able to get an appointment within hours of my initial call.

My door was damaged from a hit and run. It was a completely caved in and I was sure that it was going to a full replacement. They took great care of my car and kept me well informed.
