Edit 5/31/25: Unfortunately, my experience continued to decline. My vehicle had to be returned to the shop three additional times for repairs. I ultimately had to involve my insurance company, and even after the final visit, I had to accept that the shop was unable to properly correct the issues they had caused. During those visits, I discovered that I was billed for two new headlights, but only one was actually replaced. I had to visit a Nissan dealership to confirm this discrepancy. To make matters worse, after reviewing my credit card statement this morning, I saw that I had been charged for one of the rental cars that was supposed to be covered. I brought my car here a few months ago Caleb was the person in charge of my case, he doesn’t know how to communicate with the customers before doing a cheap job and will not even supervise your car to be done the right way. This company installed an aftermarket bumper that looks terrible and had to be redone by an original plus they did not do a complete repair as I asked. After a second visit my car still doesn’t look good and when I took it to the dealer they just told me I have an aftermarket light as well. (I specifically told Caleb that I wanted everything original since I have a full coverage from insurance) I have broken parts that they did not replace, a badly paint job and a misaligned headlight since the dealer cannot make it work as it is supposed to for not been original as

Service king did work on my car in 2022. They made it look like new! I came back in 2024 for more excellent work. Today, they replaced some trim for me, even though they didn't have the record of them replacing the door. I appreciate the great work they've done on my vehicle all 3 times. Keep up the good work!

Once I dropped off my car for repairs (which was much quicker than expected) I was assisted by Drake and he was phenomenal from the greeting all the way up until I’d picked my car up after repairs! Avoid this shop at all costs! After my accident, Progressive recommended this auto shop for repairs. They fixed the left rear part of my car, but when I got it back, the right rear side was misaligned—something that wasn’t an issue before. I repeatedly asked them to fix it, but they refused to take responsibility. It’s clear they intentionally created more problems just to charge extra for unnecessary repairs. Don’t trust them—they only care about making more money, not quality service!
