If you like being without your vehicle and calling to beg for your vehicle back. Go here. They keep claiming wrong part sent… I don’t know if they wait til car is on rack to open up and see what part they have. Had our car over a month for small fix as quoted. Seem like they have a history of this.

Used to be happy with them.. they told me they would cover the rest of my rental, as they had me bring my car there for repairs to sit there before they even got the part, when it was drivable and I ran out of rental days— then I got the bill, and was charged- I have contacted them 3 times and no response- not sure if under new management— but would like the money back for the rental they told me they would cover.. pretty disappointing as they do good work and used to have really great communication— so maybe this will get them to call me back.

The Crash Champions team did a great job from start to finish with our car. They worked directly with our insurance and car rental company to make it an easy process for us. They kept us informed throughout the process with updates. The car looks amazing and was restored back to the way it looked before the accident.

I hate leaving bad reviews but I feel like there's no other way around this. This place was recommended by my auto insurance. I dropped off my SUV on Feb 15th after I ran over a dominos sign that was in the middle of a busy highway. My car was drivable, and only needed body work, plus its a 2023 model, I like it and want to keep it looking nice. They assured me it would not take more than 3 days to send info to my insurance and then order parts, get it fixed....done. Made it sound like I'd had my car in about 2 weeks if not 3. I barely got texts notifying me of any changes. The insurance process took almost 2 weeks. Any information was when I called at least once a week and it was the same, still waiting on parts. Well, they kept my car until April 2nd (Wednesday). Everything seemed fine,
