Crash Champions Collision Repair McDonough

Janet & Trey were who I was working close with. They were fantastic with communicating with me throughout the whole process. I ended up getting my car back a whole week earlier than the estimated date. The workers did a phenomenal job with fixing my car it looks brand new! They even went an extra mile & cleaned the inside of my car which was quite dirty, very thoughtful. The parts are on nicely & the paint job looks great. No complaints whatsoever.

I want to start by saying I am NOT one to leave negative reviews. If you look on my page you can see that, so obviously this business has disgruntled me enough to write this. I brought the same car here twice in the span of a month, and still managed to walk away with nothing fixed. When I had to bring it back after the first failure by Crash Champions the employee asked me to lie and say that I didn't have to bring it back in the review. I was willing to overlook this insane proposal but the car still wasn't fixed and now I have to air out my grievances. I had to take my car to another shop and only then were the issues fixed, Do not give these people your money under any circumstances, the alarming 1 star reviews should be enough.

3 of my vehicles have been repaired by them. They do great work. Trey will make sure its correct the first time. They also give a life time warranty on their work, but ive never had to bring any of the vehicles back for warranty work. Recommend to anyone needing body repairs.

This business is very professional and friendly. The technician Thomas did a great job on my vehicle. He was very therial and kept me up to date from start to finish with my vehicle as promised and showed much concern. Also the receptionist Marissa was very kind and friendly as well. I'm very satisfied with the service from this shop.

We had a great experience with Crash Champions. Omar was our representative and he was fantastic. He communicated throughout the entire process and when we had a concern he immediately addressed it. I could not have hoped for a better experience through a difficult time and I really appreciate the care to detail that was taken.
