Crash Champions Collision Repair Mission Valley

My truck was backed into in a parking lot and needed the tailgate replaced/painted and part of the bumper replaced and repaired (fairly minor in the grand scheme of things) Crash Champions was great. The other drivers insurance sent me there and I was a little weary due to some of the negative reviews on here. My experience was the opposite. The customer service and my advisor were 10/10. I was constantly updated on progress and potential parts sourcing issues. I never had to call. I didn’t feel like I was being jacked around at all and the repair came out great. An enterprise was right nearby too and they helped a lot with the rental car process. Car was squeaky clean inside and out when I picked it up too.

These people love making everyone wait, can’t take a second to answer a question. Sat here for 2 hours with an appointment with no acknowledgment. Very rough communication, had to call them + insurance 10+ times because they wouldn’t talk directly. On top of it all, what should have taken 2 days took 11 days. Will not be returning and do not recommend.

Hey there! You can see the before and after photos that I attached below. I am very impressed with this company. I got t-boned by someone driving 20+ miles an hour down an alley in South Park. They did over 4K worth of damage to my car. I was devastated as I just paid it off this past Summer. Driving around my neighborhood is getting more dangerous the more crowded it becomes. Anyhow, he had good insurance and Service King was who they choose for my repairs. I can't say enough good things about their customer service. They kept in touch with me almost daily and provided me with timely updates. You can see for yourself how quality their work is. My baby blue is back to his stellar shiny self. I highly recommend them!
