I want to thank GM Ron and his team for the repairs did to my car after 2 failed attempts at another shop!! Ron was very professional and always had a positive attitude!!

I'd give this location 6/5 stars. What an amazing job they did. From the customer service (Sorry. Terrible with names lol) of the young lady who got everything set up to the man who went over all the details initially. Amazing. Then, when I came back to pick up my car a few weeks later (lots of work needed due to my accident. So props on their timing as well. Sounds like a long time, but needed) they remembered me and reviewed, in detail, all that was done. I've honestly have NEVER had an experience like this at a professional repair place like this. Whomever/whoever owns this business needs to give these people a raise. I will refer this location anytime I find anyone in need of repair! Thank you all so much. And, no, this was not AI generated lol. This is an honest and unbiased review! I

These people are dishonest. After taking all the time in the world, they tell you that your car is beyond repair. I went to pick up my belongings, and all the car's documents were in the glove compartment. When I opened the door, the documents were scattered all over the passenger seat, which I didn't understand. If the car is in the shop for mechanical problems, why would they need to go through the documents and then leave them all thrown around? In the end, the car title was in the glove compartment, which they claim they don't know anything about. Now I have a double problem... no car and the hassle of going to the DMV to apply for a new title.

Great place to work! Techs are "A" techs. As a service advisor, delivering the car back to the customer is one thing I hold my head up high for. From the guys that do all the bodywork. Painters to clean up tech, I never have to worry if the customer will find a small flaw, these guys are awesome. FYI: we are not responsible for parts on b/order, we are at the mercy of the vendors just as you are..

They were great and kept us updated on the car throughout the whole process. Everyone is super nice there and the car was ready earlier than expected! John was awesome
