Report on Crash Champions. I was sent there on fender bender estimate. Had advised that worrying about the cosmetic damage but had unrelated stuff on truck I was going to use money on. 1. Was the gas gauge not working properly likely due to float on fuel pump it seemed. They said they had mechanic in back that could do it. So made appt. They called day later and said done. Picked up and the gas gauge now pegged on full. I asked why they didn't make sure it was working properly before putting bed back on and advising me it wa good to go.They denied any wrong doing and that they had done what was asked and "put it in"....the emphasis that having to make sure it was working was not their responsibility. I was extremely pleased with my experience at Crash Champions. The customer service was excellent. The repairs were done in 2 days and the quality of the work was excellent. You never want to have an accident, but I’m so grateful that I had the best experience I could have with insurance and the repairs.

My driver side door was damaged in an accident. Their insurance works with them. So we took it there. They did the repairs. The door was replaced. However I have some striker plate covers for my car that say Toyota on them. The one from the replaced door was missing. I also noticed that the latch on the front driver door (the one replaced) pops open now. At first I thought it was because it was new. Then I noticed the gap between the front and back doors is bigger on the driver side than the one on the passenger side. I measured it and it is bigger. Toyota's specs says the gap should be 3-5mm. I measured the gap at 7.2mm. I also noticed that the paint on the front of the front diver door was rubbing off. So I called them and let them know about all the issues I noticed. I went by the next
