Another star for hitting their estimated timeline: they said 20 days, and on day 20, it was done. Not early, not late. Points for punctuality. The bad (brace yourself): Let’s start with the paint job. It looks like it was done by a sleep-deprived middle schooler using a spray can at 2 a.m. before a science project deadline. Overspray is everywhere — like, everywhere — as if the car was in a paint booth with zero masking, prep, or maybe just a shrug and a prayer. Appreciate their honesty. Took my car to them earlier to get an estimate for a small repair but they looked at it and fixed it right there and then. Didn’t even charge me anything. Would definitely recommend them.

While I had hoped for professional and reliable service, I encountered repeated delays and inconsistent communication. My car was promised to be ready within 2 weeks, but I ended up waiting nearly one month... Each time I called the service representative, I was given a different explanation, or put on hold for a long time, which left me feeling frustrated and uncertain. When finally addressing this issue with the headman in charge of regional operations, he seemed more focused on talking about his professional seniority than on addressing my concerns about the work. Dropped off vehicle on 07/07/25 via tow due to engine cooling light after hitting curb and another vehicle. Once they received it,I told them the following concerns( driver side impact, passenger side impact, engine cooling light). They took about a month to fix the bumper, then they found additional damage to the right suspension. In the next three weeks the vehicle went from repairable to total loss back to repairable. They replaced a part in the passenger suspension because the vehicle hit a curb first there. That took about three weeks to fix. They ordered the wrong part from their supplier twice whom they blamed. Then had to order it through the dealer(there was talk of another loss at this point). We were given a less than two week completion date, however it dragged out to an entire month after repeated delays. It got to the point where I called Them every single day to ask when the car was ready, only to be told by our estimator, Jason, that it would be ready the next day or in two days. This was ongoing for three weeks. It came to the point that whatever was being told to us could not be trusted anymore. I understand they need to go back and forth with insurance and they may encounter unexpected issues, however I would have much more appreciated an honest and transparent timeline of completion rather than hearing misleading words over and over again.
