Crash Champions Collision Repair Oak Forest

A few years ago my brother was in an accident and his car was sent here. They did an amazing job with his car so when the time came that i need a fairly decent amount of body work done i immediately went here as well. they did and AMAZING job with my vehicle it looks better than it did even before repairs were needed. I highly recommend this repair shop to anyone in need of repairs. (Before and after shown)

My experience with Crash Champions in Oak Forest was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I brought my 2025 vehicle in after hitting a curb and damaging the passenger-side suspension (steering knuckle, tie rod, strut, stabilizer links, etc.). What I got back does not feel like a properly repaired vehicle at all. It’s been about 2 months and my just isn’t right. No matter how hard I try to overlook small things it just get worst. I should have know it would be bs when the pit my car back together it was a few bs screws that we’re not original and did not go to where it was. I’ve had this car since 100 miles on it. I know how it feels. Only one stabilizer link was replaced instead of both. Since the repairs, my lane assist, cruise control, and accident detection systems no longer work

Had my wifes car repaired here. Everyone in the office were very respectful and kept me updated on the progression of the vehicles repair process. The work done on the car was beautiful! I would recommend this shop to any friend or family member.

Well…. Disappointed to say the least. Took our truck here for recent hail damage. After picking it up and getting home I decided to check to see if our sunroof worked since I’m sure they had to take down headliner to access the roof panel and the complete console fell down. The sunroof did not work. They didn’t plug the harness back in or secure the console in the headliner…. Was told to remove all personal belongings because our vehicle would be detailed upon completion of the repairs. Check the pictures. Not even a wipe down. Boot prints all over the seats and mats. What a joke. I’ve had great experiences at other crash champions, but this is just obsurd. I would NEVER let the people at this establishment touch my vehicle again. You’d think for $4,300 they at least clean up their own mes
