Crash Champions Collision Repair Palatine

I was rear ended while turning into a neighborhood. Thankfully everyone was okay, but my car was pretty messed up. I’m glad my insurance company had my vehicle towed here. The repair work was top-notch, and the entire staff was friendly and professional. I received regular updates on the progress, and once the parts arrived, the job was finished quickly. I’d bring my vehicles back here for any future work, without hesitation, and recommend this shop to anyone needing collision repairs.

Really disappointed with this place. I took my car here previously and it took over 3 weeks to get my car back. No updates unless I repeatedly called. Unfortunately I decided to go to get an estimate from them today since someone hit and ran my car. Miss Amy took pictures of my car, provided no information as to what exactly is wrong, and gave no information into what they actually need to fix. Took it to Gerber's down the street and they walked me through every little thing and explained every cost. I called Amy back to go over the differences in estimates and boy. She has a serious attitude problem. She takes asking questions about her estimate as a personal attack and is very snappy and wildly rude. Perfect way to lose out on a few thousand dollars :). We took our car in after an accident and they went above and beyond with the repairs. Not only does our car look good as new, they also detailed it, cleaned it, and it smells good. We didn’t get a choice in who repaired our car, (insurance picked for us) but when we do have a choice, we plan to choose Crash Champions.

10/10 My car was rear ended and I was directed to this place for the restoration of it. The car was actually fixed before the time anticipated. I was given a certificate and it came out looking amazing. Thank you Ann/Amy for the outstanding customer service!!
