Wife hit a tire tread on the freeway and smashed up the bumpers on our brand new Prius. Grant gave us a fair quote but I decided to repair it on my own. He was super helpful answering questions and helping me talk through the thought process around the repair. He genuinely cared and was not out just for the money.
