SHOUT OUT to the team #1 customer service! My entire front bumper and sensors were out of commission, the team, with Don went above and beyond finished 2 weeks early. Then I forgot to give them my front license plate to reinstall so Adrian installed it for me on a Saturday morning... You really can't beat that.

Avoid this place. They were better several years ago when they were Service King. I went back to them and the front desk was rude and short with me. They seemed completely disinterested in servicing my car since I asked to not go through insurance unless the repairs ended up being well over my deductible. They seemed annoyed at the request and never even gave me an estimate. To me that indicates they're using insurance claims as a free ticket. I'd stay away.

I had an excellent experience with Crash Champions. I dropped my car off on a Friday and had it back on Wed right before the holiday. So fast and the work was perfect. I cannot recommend them enough.

My auto insurance referred me to Service King for repairs. My car was ready one week after I dropped it off and it looks brand new. They even cleaned & vacuumed the interior. Super easy process, and they stayed communicative with updates by text. Everyone I interacted with there was professional and kind. Overall, a good experience using Service King.

Very helpful team especially Don & Adrian! Took their time to hear my concerns on the phone, in person, and test drive my car several times until the problem was identified!
