Crash Champions Collision Repair Plano

After getting into a car accident, I filed a claim with my insurance company. A few days later, the GEICO adjuster came out, inspected my vehicle, sent me the estimate by email, and clearly confirmed: “You can now repair your vehicle at the shop of your choice.” Based on that confirmation, I called Crash Champions to schedule a repair appointment. From that point on, it was nothing but frustration. I was repeatedly told that I could not make an appointment because of GEICO. I explained the situation multiple times — that GEICO had already inspected the car, sent the estimate, and confirmed I could proceed with repairs anywhere. It did not matter. The only response I kept getting was, “GEICO won’t allow it,” with no clear explanation. I called Crash Champions more than 8 times in one day

Easy in easy out. Repair completed in 3 days. Communication was fabulous, they kept me informed every step of repair. Insurance company recommended this company, I was not sure I wanted to use this company. So happy I used there service

We recently worked with the folks at Crash Champions to do some repair work on our car. We got a few different estimates and Crash Champions was competitively prices, but I think what I was most impressed with is that everyone said it was take a little over two weeks to complete the repair, so we were prepared to deal without our vehicle for a while, but Crash Champions finished a whole week earlier than expected and the finish is fantastic, not only did they make the repairs, they also took the time to buff-out stretches on other parts of the car. My wife and I were both thrilled with the results. Our car is kinda a unique color too, and I was worried you would be able to tell a difference in the repaired areas, but it is an excellent blend. Thanks to the quick and excellent repairs.

They did an amazing job repairing my car they kept me up to date with the information on the status of the vehicle while it was being repaired. And I had a slight issue at pickup that they resolved with respect and speed. I would recommend them for any repairs you have I had a great experience.

These folks are top notch. Good customer service, honor their warranty, do what they say, on time and on budget. I have not had a bad experience with them, they have serviced multiple cars for me for over a decade. Highly recommend.
