Crash Champions Collision Repair Platte City

Not a great experience. The work they did was fine, however they had my car for 2 months. It was an insurance claim so I was trying to be understanding, however it was frustrating. I was told the body damage needed to be fixed before they could diagnose the mechanical issues. I expressed my concern with that to all parties involved, but was informed to go with the process. They said they could diagnose it in house. However once the body damage was fixed and they were guaranteed some sort of payment, they outsourced the mechanical diagnosis. The manager was always "busy" when I would call and was terrible with returning calls. It was just a poor experience. The body work is fine, however the way it was handled was poor and felt shady. I filed a claim through my insurance and noticed that the suggested body shops included several Crash Champions locations but not the one in Platte City. After reading reviews I decided to take a little trip to Platte City and boy am I glad I did! They lived up to every good review I read! The customer service was amazing from Henry at the desk to Lance, who explained my estimate and coordinated with my insurance company. I was able to take my car in at a time convenient to me and they kept me updated throughout the process. When I saw the repair I could not even tell anything had ever happened! I am so pleased with their work and I am adding to the good reviews so others will be, too!

The body work done on our vehicle was excellent and finished earlier than anticipated. That said, what distinguishes this business is the outstanding customer service we received. They went above and beyond our expectations. I would use them again without hesitation!
