During every stage of this process, I was extremely satisfied with this shop and their employees. I called 5 min before closing on a Friday to schedule my initial appointment. The young man on the phone was very polite and helpful in getting me an appointment the following Monday. I had difficulty getting my vehicle there and showed up well past my appointment, the staff was very understanding and promptly arranged my rental pick up. I should have towed my vehicle and most shops might have pointed that out or at least have been a little annoyed. Their employees were more concerned that I safely arrived and did not rush me to get there at my scheduled time. The shop kept us informed throughout the process and we're very professional. I had a truly great experience at Crash Champions from start to finish. I was able to drop my car off the day after calling my insurance, which made the whole process feel smooth right away. I’ll admit, I was nervous going in as collision repairs can feel intimidating. But Carolyn completely put me at ease. She made me feel heard, answered all of my questions clearly, and communicated with me every step of the way. I never felt out of the loop. Best of all, my car hasn’t looked this good in years! Carolyn and her team were professional, kind, and genuinely caring. I’m so grateful for how well they took care of me and my car. Highly recommend!

The work they did on my car was amazing! I couldn't even tell my car had been in an accident. They even did a courtesy for me and buffed out some old scratches. I'd refer them to any of my friends and family! And if I have any repairs in the future, they'll be my go-to shop!

Carolyn and her team did a phenomenal job taking care of me, as well as my vehicle. Communication was received often via text, providing me with peace of mind with regard to where my vehicle was throughout the entire time of it being serviced. my car has been repainted over the last 2 weeks, and thanks to carolyn i was always in the know with what was going on with my car and when it was being worked on. the areas they worked on look amazing and i personally went into the shop myself during one of the days to discuss some other concerns i had with my car. she was extremely respectful, receptive, and willing to make it right for me. carolyn truly goes above and beyond for her clients and her service is immaculate. i highly recommend her as a supervisor if you are seeking service with this company.
