Crash Champions Collision Repair Quakertown

I recently took a Vehicle in for repair work at Crash Champions, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Dealing with Body repairs is usually a headache, but this team made it seamless. A huge shoutout to Lisa, who was incredible throughout the entire Job. She was always helpful, consistently providing me with updates so I never had to wonder what was happening with my car. Having someone walk me through the process step-by-step really put my mind at ease. I also want to mention the Manager, Cliff. He was extremely informative regarding the technical side of the repair process. He took the time to explain exactly what was being done, which gave me a lot of confidence in the quality of the work. If you want honest communication and high-quality repairs, this is the place to go. H

They did an amazing job fixing my Highlander. I was a little worried about the paint matching but, they absolutely nailed it and my sparkly girl is better than ever. George and Lisa were so kind to me and kept me updated through the process and I would recommend this shop to anyone/everyone. Friendly, timely and efficient. Super happy with their service! Crash Champions was amazing to work with!! Very communicative and updated me throughout the process of fixing my car. It was estimated to take a month and a half and they got it fixed in just under a month!! Everyone i talked with was super nice and helpful. Thank you guys!!

This was my very first accident, and I had no idea what to expect or how the process worked. From start to finish, the team made everything so easy and stress-free. They handled the estimate, worked directly with my insurance company, and kept me updated every step of the way. I really appreciated that so much of the paperwork and communication was done electronically—it made it simple for me to keep track of everything. Their communication was excellent, they always took the time to explain what was happening, and they made sure I understood the process completely. To top it off, my car was finished in less than a week! I couldn’t be happier with how smoothly everything went, and I’m so grateful for the support and professionalism they showed throughout. This place does really nice work, the only complaint I have is the recorded updates they have go out. An actual person would be much better so if you have a question they can answer it without you having to try to call back and hope you get through quick. Overall .....Great place that does great work.
