Recently was in car accident (someone hit me) and It got repaired at Crash Champions. I met with Josephine who was phenomenal. She was very professional & always had a smile. 😊 She kept me informed the entire time personally reaching out to let me know what step of the process my vehicle was in. When I received my vehicle it looked brand new & Josephine returned it with a smile of course. I'd recommend their services to anyone In need of them. Amazing service from the team here. Josephine (sorry if spelt wrong) was amazing help every time I call the location and when in person. she helped me get initial damage reported and made it easy to setup an appointment. Very quick turn around on repairs that were expertly completed by repair techs, with very easy pick up of my vehicle and them marking for enterprise to pick up the rental. Saving me and my wife an extra hour of driving around Omaha trying to drop off rental and pick up our vehicle. Highly recommend this location and staff, great communication, and great work getting everything handled through insurance!!

My car was the victim of a hit and run, causing serious damage to the drive side bumper. Crash Champions were amazing! Quick service, constant communication, and going above and beyond to make it like it never happened. Highly recommend this shop for any of your vehicle body repair needs!

So far it seems that did great work on the repairs and staff were communicative throughout process. Only draw back was my (3 week old) car was left dirty on the insides. Had to vacuum and wipe down the seats, back of chairs and trunk.

I had a bizarre experience with a full speed shopping cart smashing into my perfect 2021 Challenger, in a parking lot, which caused significant damage to the door and fender. I was guided to Crash Champions by my insurance company. From the moment that I walked in the door, Luke was 110% accomodating and reassured me that they would repair the existing parts like new. Everyone at this shop treated me and my vehicle with the utmost respect and consideration. They communicated all details to me consistently throughout the estimate, scheduling and repair. The car did in fact turn out perfect and they kept it clean as a whistle! I cannot express how much gratitude I have for these guys making my crappy situation right again. They care! They have excellent skills and they run a fantastic shop.
