Crash Champions Collision Repair Reading

I took my car to Crash Champions Collision Repair in lancaster ave to fix the front sensor of my car, and I was really impressed with how fast and professional they were. They only needed the weekend to get everything done, and the repair came out perfect. The team kept me updated the whole time and made sure I understood what was going on and they even details my car after the repair. I brought my car in and it was working fine besides the damaged body parts. I was called and told that the radiator was leaking fluid and smoking on the last day that they had it in their possession and for $400+, they could fix it for me. The radiator was functioning fine before I brought it there and it was not leaking any fluid while in my possession so I don’t understand why I should have to pay for it to be repaired if it was obviously damaged in their care. I was given little detail when I asked about where and how did it break. The people I was in contact with were nice but not very helpful with this issue that arose and were very quick to take the blame away from themselves and say they did not know how it was damaged. I don’t expect a free repair but they could have helped me out

First and foremost watch out while driving on 422… this was caused by a concrete leveler flying out of a work van and into my car. Crash Champions got me in right away and had my car returned within 3 days! Now I feel like I need to replace the other headlight, because this one looks so good! Thanks for fixing her and making her look new again!

Excellent place to get your car fixed. They were very courteous, kept me updated on the repairs of the car and even called the car rental to have me picked up and when I returned the car, they called them as well to pick up the rental car.
