Fabian took phenomenal care of me and my car. He kept me informed along every step of the process and has a great heart; because my work hours run very close to the closing of most body shops, Fabian took the time, after operating hours, waiting for me to arrive and inspect my car’s damage. I DID NOT FEEL RUSHED IN THE SLIGHTEST!! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I would absolutely return to Crash Champions for ALL of my auto-body concerns in the future. The manager, Jared, also stayed after hours as a courtesy, to provide me my keys when I was rushing over after work. I would not trust any other body shop in the OKC area to take care of my vehicle. They were excellent to work with from the first phone call to get appointment set up! Went in and spoke to Liz and she was excellent through the entire process! Kept me informed as she promised when we dropped the vehicle off! Very happy with the work that was done!

Kevin and the service manager (I can't remember his name) are incredible! I wasn't getting a great experience with my assigned associate (she's no longer employed here). My car is fixed and in better condition than I expected! Thankful to have found them!

Dave at Crash Champions came to my rescue today to do a quick fix on a dangling rear view mirror before we left town for a storm chase. The staff was professional and addressed my immediate need and was able to fix the issue in a few minutes. I highly recommend them and think you will not be disappointed. The place is clean and has a welcoming lobby.

took my 03 gmc sierra here after getting backed into buy another person, other persons insurance paid for all of it. but when i went to pick up my vehicle i noticed lots of things wrong. i am not a body repair guy but i am a mechanic and know that quality of work is #1 always so to see that they were going to send me on my way with uneven body fitment, loose and striped bolts, doors weren’t even on the same level, loose flashing on the side of door, my back seat was taken out and not put back in right, door handle is rough to open and door won’t lock all the way, also changed my tint on the door after saying they would use the same window. honestly just mad that my truck was send out without any type of quality control and it seems like they are trying to get as many cars out the door as
