Give this branch a zero I would. I brought it in for warranty work on a hitch. They kept it for a month and refused to warranty their work. I also realize that they stole my camera out of my truck and put a whole bunch of miles on my truck doing errands. Very dishonest people working here. Beware, just want other people to be careful and that this doesn’t happen to anyone else!

I got in an accident early February and was sent here for repairs by my insurance company. I will start out by saying that the body work turned out fantastic, but the two months it took to get my car back was a headache. The communication (or lack there of) was my biggest issue here. You only have so long covered by insurance for a rental and it was like pulling teeth to get an answer on where they were with repairs and how much longer we were looking at. This is vital information due to needing to plan for rentals to get myself to work and my kids to school. Apparently my insurance wouldn’t approve new from dealer parts, so these used parts were constantly coming in damaged or “rotted” from their vendors, and those parts were needing to be sent back and re ordered pushing my pick up time

I took my car to be repaired and when I picked it up they had not fixed everything. They have what looks like a used tire after paying $98 for a new tire. It’s screws missing from when they replaced the grill. I have scratches on my side view mirror that weren’t there. I have scratches that weren’t fixed

GEICO instructed me to bring the vehicle to this location for repair. The facility had the vehicle for seven days to repair. Was then released to me with the knowledge that my rear cross traffic sensor was on back order and that system would be disabled. That sensor was also a component for the blind spot assist, lane departure systems, cruise control, and any self-parking capabilities it had.
