Crash Champions Collision Repair San Leandro

I was involved in an accident with my Tesla, and Tesla Insurance gave me several repair shops to choose from. I’m glad I chose Crash Champions. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and patient, answering all of my questions throughout the process. They did an excellent job repairing my car and returning it in great condition. Highly recommend their service.

I selected Crash Champions based on State Farm’s recommendation. That turned out to be a mistake. Intake was mishandled from the start. I was told to come to the Alameda shop in person, but when I arrived, the car had not yet been delivered by the tow company. No one from Crash Champions called to notify me, which would have saved hours of wasted time. I was also explicitly told I would not need to return in person. That was incorrect. After the car was delivered the next day, I was required to drive back to Alameda to complete intake paperwork in person. The vehicle was then transported to their San Leandro shop, where I was asked to complete the same intake paperwork again, this time online. After nearly a month in their care, when I went to pick up the car, repairs were incomplete. I

Unfortunately, I got hit and run. However, Im glad my insurance company works with crash champions as the body shop where I can take my vehicle for repairs, and my experience with them was amazing. I got an appointment with them the same day after I filed my claim, Dianne at the front desk was amazing. Jesse kept me updated throughout the repairs and never missed a beat. They got my vehicle ready as promised, although I had to return for some little issues but this is where you know they know how to take care of their customers, specially Jesse who took care of all of my concerns and corrected it, i didnt mind going back because I know they'll do everything to make it right, I'm really happy how my car looks and it's like nothing happened to it. Came in for an estimate for a couple scratches on my car. Chris was super helpful, straightforward, and made the whole process easy. He went above and beyond. He actually took it to the back and was able to have someone polish it out!
