I've gone in on 2 different claims and each time received great customer service. Receptionist is always friendly. Jason and Fernando were my collision specialists and they both delivered great work product with attention to every detail requested. I will definitely return here if ever needed again.

Great place to go if you enjoy being jerked around. We brought our car in on the appointed day only to be told they can't get to it for three weeks. Then, three weeks later, they called me two minutes before I was to drop the car off to say they "can't get Volvo parts." (Curiously, I went online immediately and found Volvo parts.)

Awesome experience! Fernando and his team took care of my vehicle repair quickly and went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was safe to drive. Extremely communicative. Gave me real time updates as they happened and the ECD was 100% accurate and on point. Highly recommend!

My repair wasn’t done very well. They don’t have much attention for detail. My bumper was not installed level. Several fasteners in the engine compartment were either old ones they tried to re-use, fasteners from a different vehicle, or completely missing. They didn’t attach the lower part of my license plate bracket and stuck some bolts in the holes when I asked them to fix it.

Considering the damage my car had, this shop impressed me so much when they had my car done in less than a months time. Staff was very communicative throughout the whole process, and the entire staff was kind. So impressed!
