Crash Champions Collision Repair San Rafael

They were supposed to paint the front quarter panel. They ended up painting the grill and headlights as well. They are refusing to take responsibility for the overspray. And they didn’t fix the light bar. This is their version of “fully repaired” it was a 10k job. They completely botched it. We will be in litigation over this. this shop is horrible!!! Don’t fall into the insurance companies trap and go here!!

Outstanding service from beginning to end, from the initial estimate to picking up the car once repairs were completed, all services were exemplary. Professional staff, excellent customer service, honest, clear and consistent communication throughout. They kept me informed, explained everything needed for repairs and provided an ETA of when the repairs would be completed. They were right on time, accommodating my request to have the car ready by Friday so that I could have my vehicle for the weekend. I highly recommend them. Guarantee you will not be disappointed.

My car got side swiped and I had a list of shops to choose from the insurance. I’m so happy I chose Collision Champions! My entire experience was phenomenal and my car looks better than before. Fortunately I didn’t have a lot of dents from the incident, mainly long dark scratches on my pearly white SUV ! They matched the color perfectly and I feel Like I’m driving a new car after they detailed it and cleaned the inside too ! Crash champions did a great job. They kept me informed all thorough the process and worked out all the details with my insurance company. I have taken two cars to them and will use their service again if I ever need them again (hopefully not but accidents do happen…)
