Now, let’s get on to the work. As you can see in many reviews honestly, trust and workmanship is NOT what they are about. But they spent a lot of money on their pamphlets advertising how they “set the standard” and how they “believe the DIFFERENCE IS TRUST”. I had some work done on my vehicle, specifically the front bumper replacement after an animal-related damage. I left disappointed with the overall quality and attention to detail. When I came to pick up the car, I immediately noticed loose and missing plastic retaining clips in the wheel well, which were part of the job scope. I pointed it out to the mechanic who was there at the time and he took it back to have the clips checked. That should've been a red flag, but I gave the benefit of the doubt. The check-in process was painless: They stepped out of their offices, inspected the vehicle, took their pictures and told me they would have an estimate for me and the insurance company to review.
