I’ve had this car for 8 years, and I genuinely don’t think she looked this good the day I bought her. The entire process was smooth and professional from start to finish. Thanks to my dash cam footage, I wasn’t on the hook for any of the costs, but regardless of who was paying, they treated my car with care and precision. The attention to detail was seriously impressive—everything lined up perfectly, the paint matched flawlessly, and even the smallest touches were handled. You can tell this team takes pride in their work. It’s rare to find that level of craftsmanship and customer service these days.

POOR COMMUNICATION! Vehicle repair was satisfactory but the office staff needs much improvement! They say they keep you informed which they don’t. If you want to know the status, you need to contact them. Then they tell you what they think you want to hear. Not what is actually happening. Welcome to customer service post-COVID!

I was rear ended and my insurance had me come to this shop, I never had issues with my blind spot sensors before my car came to this shop only after my car left their shop I had major blind spot sensor issues where they would go off like crazy or not work at all. This shop has lifetime warranty on the work that they do so I brought my car back however they told me that there was nothing wrong with my sensors even after I explained there was no issue with them even after being rear ended but only after picking my car back up, they insisted that there is a manufacture issue with my car due to forums they looked up. I paid out of pocket to take my car to the dealership I usually go to only for them to tell me they had been reinstalled after the accident upside down and there was nothing wrong

Dropped my 20212 Ram 1500 off with them. They had my truck in and out very quickly. It looked better than when it was new. I highly recommend using Crash Champions Auburn!!!
