Excellent customer service. The ladies in the office were all so nice and very helpful, as well as the GM, they made everything quick and easy. Drop off and pick up was a breeze and the service was quicker than expected. Best customer service I've ever dealt with. Highly recommend!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! This establishment was super friendly, informative and made you feel extremely comfortable as if you were their family. They offered water or soda and coffee as well. One of the gentlemen working in the back offered home made pistachio cookies his wife made to my Father and I as well. This place is hands down one of THE best companies I have ever encountered.

I deeply regret bringing my vehicle to this body shop. My car was running fine when I dropped it off, but when I got it back, it was not running the same at all. The issue is now with the clutch, which was perfectly fine before. I specifically told them to be careful with the clutch because it has a unique pin point, yet it came back with problems. They clearly messed something up while the car was in their care, but they refuse to take responsibility for it. On top of that, their customer service is absolutely terrible. Instead of owning up to their mistake, they were dismissive and unhelpful, which only made the situation more frustrating. The name of the ladie was jasmine

My car was completely repaired painted and ready to go several days before the expected due date. They were kind and courteous and explained everything to me along the way. I greatly appreciate their hard work.

The repair itself is fine, even thought it took weeks longer than they initially told me it would. However, the younger female answering the phones is extremely rude and unhelpful. She acted like everything was an inconvenience. I called to get an update about the progress and she told me my car was ready for pickup, only to get a call an hour later by someone else saying its not actually done. Once my car was done, I got a call saying that the car I am about to pickup is on empty. If you can avoid this place, please go somewhere else. the work is fine but its not worth the extra headache of dealing with the rude staff.
