Great service! Staff was very knowledgeable and walked me the process of what they would be doing to my vehicle. Front desk was also very friendly and helpful.

Could be one of the poorest jobs, communication, and overall experiences I’ve ever had. After the work was completed poorly, there was no return communication. Phone calls were never returned, and on top of that, other personal items on my vehicle were damaged. Instead of using proper parts, they sourced the cheapest ones they could find on Amazon just to patch things up. Having been in the automotive industry my whole life, I can confidently say this was unacceptable. Both Marco and his manager need serious training in handling bad situations and communication.

Excellent work. The car repairs were perfect. No complaints whatsoever. What I really appreciate is the great communication. Periodic texts throughout the repair letting me know what's going on. The repair was done earlier than expected. I'm very impressed. My insurance company recommended Crash Champions and I see why.
