Crash Champions Collision Repair West Henrietta

I would give a zero star if I could. They underestimated repair so insurance would fix. Then once they started repairs they kept billing my insurance company. They ended up doing 7k worth of work on a 4k car. Insurance is dumb for approving anyways but if they would have just been honest with quote off the bat then it would have been totaled but they would have not been able to over charge insurance then. When I picked up from repair a panel from under the front dash was sitting in my back seat. The rear lights did not work. They worked when dropped off. On the front grill, half the clips are showing and not clipped where they should be. They are out to just make money and don’t care about the customer.

Crash Champions provides great services! They will get your car fixed up looking good as new in as minimal time as possible! They also have me a free interior vacuum clean which was nice to look at when I got back my ride compared to when I first dropped my car off it was a bit crumby on the interior. But overall I rate Crash Champions a 10/10. I brought my car in with major driver side collision damage, my entire driver side front end was completely smashed in and marked up with the door only opening halfway. When I came back after the repairs it was as if I never even got into a collision, that is how great of a job they did! This is the second time I had to use Crash Champions because of an accident and the experience was even better than the first... communication was great and my repair was done a couple days ahead of schedule
