Crash Champions Collision Repair White Center

I went in person to this shop today to get a free estimate for rear-end collision damage. They refused to even look at my car or provide any kind of estimate because I don’t have the insurance claim number yet. They said they “can’t do anything without the claim open,” which is ridiculous. I’m still in the process of opening it and literally need the estimate to proceed with the insurance company. No flexibility at all. I won’t be back and don’t recommend this place if you need help early in the claims process. HALF STAR!

I had an appointment at a set time so when I walked in, I was expecting for there to be someone ready to help me. Instead, I had to wait 10 minutes for a walk in customer who kept asking the receptionist the same question over and over. When I made it clear that I was waiting and in a hurry the receptionist was rude made me feel uncomfortable. The other lady who helped me also glared at me. Why have customers make appointment times if you just force them to wait?

Edit: While this location dropped the ball on my truck, I revised my star rating due to the diligence of the director of operations, Cameron Ruiz. He thoughtfully listened to my complaints and executed a game plan that took care of my concerns. He rented a truck, similar to my own, and had everything fixed at another location expeditiously. I'm extremely happy with the results. Crash Champions needs to praise Cameron for his impeccable work. It’s hard to tell if Crash Champions in White Center just doesn’t care at all about their clients or if they are completely inept. It was bad enough that they had to hold on to my truck (that I use to run my business) for two weeks longer because they ordered the wrong part, twice, but the lack of accountability is mind blowing. A shopping cart hit the back side of the driver side. They fixed the back up sensor, the tail light, and painted all done with preciseness and professionlism. My go to person was Amy she was friendly kept the flo of communication well.

Crash champions were excellent. I appreciated their ongoing text updates. Completed my rear damage on my RAV4 prime exactly on time and great service. Even helped sort out USAA insurance when they got confused.
