GREAT SERVICE! EXCELLENT QUALITY CHECKING! Coming from a person who got his car done under warranty! The location matters! Manager was great at getting all what was required. Loved the worked! Excellent clarity with exactly what’s going and made sure everything was well done.

The folks at Crash Champions were great. The customer service team was awesome. They were nice and knowledgeable, and kept us updated on progress. The repair/paint shop did a beautiful job.

Unprofessional, no communication, bad customer service. I was dropping my vehicle off for an inspection. Waited in line for 15mins just to be told “ the person working on my paperwork stepped out and will be back in 2 mins. “ I then waited another 10 minutes before asking the guy to call the person working on my case to let them know I am here. He told me he will call… 5mins later no call so I told front desk it’s okay I’m taking my car to another collision company … all of a sudden he NOW wants to take photos of my car and help to assist me once I threaten to switch collision company. RED FLAG so I left with my car and took it to another shop. If I’m having a hard time going through inspections I surely don’t want to know what I’ll go through if my car is was in repair mode. My car was involved in an accident 12/14/24. Crash Champions was one of the options my insurance offered for repairs. I was impressed that I could bring my car in the next day & was told at that time it would be done by 12/27 & I would get text updates on the progress. On 12/23 & 12/24 I got msgs that the car was still on target for completion on 12/27. On 12/25 I got a msg that it was nearing completion & if there were delays, they would call me. On 12/26 they said the vehicle was moving into reassembly. Then I heard nothing until 12/31 when I got a msg from Taylor saying it was expected to be done very soon. On 1/2 I called to find out what the hold-up was & Taylor informed me she would make sure it was ready for pickup the next day, 1/3, so I could avoid paying rental car fees through t
