My daughter needed a damaged trailer hitch evaluated after it was involved in a minor rear-end incident on day-one of her move with a U-Haul trailer from Denver to Seattle, for a new job. Ben, at the nearby Windsor location, determined it was bent beyond repair and understanding her trip was on a pretty tight timeline, quickly and without hesitation, searched online and found a replacement for us! We fetched it and brought it back and he immediately got to work, removing the bent up hitch, and getting the new one installed!! He dropped everything he was currently doing in his busy shop and effectively saved my daughter’s trip! His willingness to help from the minute we walked in was above and beyond just good service, it was kind and compassionate, and generous of time and spirit! Soooo n
