Customer service was great. I would get a call to update me on which phase vehicle was in as well as delays. Repair took longer than expected due to parts not being available. I believe technician shortage might have played a role as well. Overall, average work when it came to repairs.

Had to replace a busted window panel on my Impala. CC took the estimate and I was able to pay in about 20 mins and within 48 business hours they had the part- brought it in same day and fixed to my satisfaction. Would recommend based on this one experience.

I took my car to crash champions —- as soon as you walk in the shop the customer service is wonderful and their team is professional They updated me throughout the entire ordeal and provided me with a date my car will be finished. When my car was finished ( the date they had told me ) I was out of town and was trying to arrange someone to pick it up but they offered to take my finished car to my home !!!
