Great place! Most importantly, they a beautiful job fixing my Tesla Model Y. I had fairly minor work done: front bumper scrapes, some bent body and paint chipping off the front wheel area due the bent body. It’s looks perfect now! They had great customer service and were professional from beginning to end! Had to wait 2 weeks for Telsa to send parts, but once CC had the parts they fixed it with a couple of days! Office staff are knowledgeable and nice, HIGHLY recommend. They washed my car and tires and even charged my EV to 80%!

Really fast and perfect painting. It is actually exceeding my expectations . clean room and friendly staff. They fixed the car almost 10 days ahead before Christmas. Color looks the exact same as stock

They stole a 800 dollar chain out of my truck and are refusing to help me locate the worker who took it. They disregarded me and claimed they would call me back to resolve the issue but failed to. Every time I ask to speak with a manager they say “theyre out of town and will be back next week”. Apparently everyone who has access to the cameras is out of town.

I do not recommend Crash Champions Collision Repair – Burke South. I went there to repair Tesla Model Y, with Frank as the assigned supervisor. After the first repair, the side mirror wasn’t properly installed, a worker’s brush was left in the back seat, the back seats were dirty, and worst of all—there were visible scratches on the inside of the door. For the second repair, I specifically asked the team to carefully inspect the vehicle before returning it. Yet the front door speaker was found detached, clearly showing the inspection had not been done. It seemed like every time one problem was fixed, another one showed up. I’ve completely lost confidence in leaving my car with this shop.

Just want to start by saying Liz gave me the best customer service, made me feel at home took care of my needs Immediately. Also, Frank gave me the estimates, and was thorough about what I needed on my car just overall great experience I’ve ever had. Thank you so much Crash Champions collision repair. My car looks fantastic! Like nothing ever happened.
