I had good experience in context of repairing. They fixed perfectly and look like new. I waited 2 weeks but the service was really good. I highly recommended this place for the Tesla as well.

He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly inspect the car before giving me a very reasonable estimate. Brian handled everything—from the quote to scheduling the service date—and the repair was completed quickly. I even got my vehicle back the same day. He genuinely puts customers first, and he’s a big reason I chose this shop in the end. He also stayed a bit after business hours to help and answer all my questions, which I really appreciated. I came to crash champions on someone’s recommendation claiming you guys to have great attention to detail and quality repair work. My experience has been completely different. My repair ( damaged fender ) seemed rushed - completed in 1 week. Which I was happy about at first but noticed many details that I had to point out and get fixed again. 1. Small paint job error 2. Ringing in the door when I closed it. 3. Vibrations when driving - wheel needs to be rebalanced. 4. The door window is not calibrated well. Pulling up the window makes a ‘THUD’ sounds, no other window does that. Really disappointing with the attention to detail, would have been better to take another week of repair time than me having to come back again to get small things fixed.
