My passenger side, rear door was hit or bumped while my car was parked. Since the car is a lease, I wanted to fix the dent. CrashFix in Burbank, did a phenomenal job. So easy to work with. Jack and Gerard provided excellent customer service and the door looks as good as new. They were able to fix the dent without my having to purchase a new door. I highly recommend the company.

Brought in my 2023 Nissan Rogue after I scraped it against a low post pulling out of a tight parking spot. The front fender had a nasty gouge and the plastic around the headlight was scuffed pretty badly — I thought for sure it would need to be replaced entirely. Gerard at CrashFix took one look and said, “We’ve got you.” He explained everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell, and walked me through what could be repaired vs replaced. They also worked directly with Geico, which saved me so much back and forth. Alex kept me updated throughout the whole process — even sent a photo midway to show how it was coming along. When I came to pick it up, I literally had to double-check which side had been damaged. Paint matched perfectly, the finish was glossy, and you’d never know it had been hit.

Hands down the absolute best body shop in Los Angeles. I brought my BMW 3 Series here after an accident, and this collision center took care of everything seamlessly. They worked directly with Geico, making the whole process stress-free. My BMW looks like new again. Huge thanks to Jack for the excellent communication and professional service. Highly recommended!
