Crawford's Service

All parts put on my cars were garbage parts & had to all be replaced within a year. I was charged top dollar for all these bunk parts, too! My ac had to be recharged every year, too, because it obviously wasn't done right & I was charged each time for it. Needless to say, I no longer get my vehicles fixed there, especially after they were unable to diagnose a defective axle that they put on my forester! I spent $1000's there & never expected to get treated like that! 😞😞😞

Great service Andrew, the owner is one of the best mechanics I've met in the Berkshires, very honest hard-working and easy to talk to you about your vehicles problems I have used many mechanic shops in my life and I wouldn't recommend any of them except Crawford service definitely a five star review. I needed brake lines and fuel lines done on my truck and received many quotes from other mechanic shops Crawfords's was the lowest being $500 less than the closest competitor and still did a very quality job and had my truck back to me and only one day 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Had a woolwax application done and Andrew was prompt and did a great job. Wanted to call out his stand up integrity - we had an unexpected snafu and he was unwavering in making it right.
