I shipped my pickup cross country with CRC in 2023 and during the course of the shipping, the bedliner was ripped out of the bed of the truck. The liner had been in place since 2001 and shipped cross country multiple times previously with no issues. When I notified CRC as they directed to report the damage during shipping in good faith including photos taken by their own driver at the time of pick-up and photos of the damage on delivery, I was surprised by the lengths they went through to avoid taking responsibility for the claim. Initially, despite their driver's own photos showing otherwise, they responded: "Per our driver's statement at the moment of pickup, the car was all covered in leaves, the bed line cover was missing and the damage shown in the picture was already there." Driver ran into my parked car. Company has it on video and initially acknowledged guilt but then later pretended like they don't know who I am or how I got hit! They provided an insurance certificate at the scene and when I contacted their insurance agent, they said the certificate was fraudulent and they aren't even a customer. Very shady and greedy company.

One of your drivers was "road raging me today. I started out behind him. We were doing a good speed. Then all the sudden he started slowing down driving all over the road. Then when we came to a passing lane he sped up and attempted to keep me from passing. Then when I passed him he started talking rude on the radio. I ignored his comments. Think you might rethink his employment.

DO NOT USE. They will shop your car out to the lowest bidder who may or may not have insuracne. My driver charged me $200 over the agreed upon price and it took 3 months for be to get my money back from CRC. Aditionally my car suffered $1,500 worth of damage they refuse to help with. And the carrier who moved my car is not responding (shocker).
