I feel compelled to share my experience with this garage, as my perspective has shifted from positive to cautious. Hopefully, this helps others make a more informed decision. In the past, I’ve had great experiences here. However, during my most recent visit, an unexpected $200 charge was added to my invoice. While servicing my car, they called to recommend a brake and rotor replacement and provided a final quote. After comparing it to the original estimate, I approved the work. When I arrived to pick up my car and pay the bill, I was surprised to see an additional $200 tacked on. Had I been informed of this during the call, I would have declined the service and replaced the brakes myself. Incredibly honest shop, I was told by the dealership that my car needed front pads and rotors because they were measuring at 4/32. They wanted to charge me a whopping $900 for the service. I got a referral to Creekside from my neighbor and their price was significantly better and they were very friendly. What makes the situation even better was when they looked at the car, they told me that my brakes were actually at 12/32 and I do not need any type of brake repair. I offered to pay them for their time and they wouldn't even take my money. Wonderful shop, highly recommend

I’ve been using them for a number of years and they have always treated me honestly and fair. Recently, I had my state inspection and oil changed. Due to a prior mix up in communication on my last service, they actually did my my oil change at no charge! Who does that?? These folks at Creekside Automotive are the best!

Went in for a routine inspection and oil change. Great personal and down to earth experience! Honest, skillful, and personable auto work is a rarity these days. So glad we've made the switch! The plus is it's nice knowing it supports a local business.

This is the only garage I trust to take my vehicles to. I can't tell you how many times they've been up front and honest with me when other garages would have ripped me off. A quick example; My daughters jeep would barely run, no power. I thought it was a fuel filter or fuel pump and contemplated replacing them myself. I had it towed to Creekside instead to diagnose the issue. Turns out it was just a very dirty throttle body. They cleaned it really well and hardly charged me anything to do the work. Most garages would have "replaced" the filter, pump, and over charged on labor. These guys are the best!.
